Back-Tech was established in the year 1986 in Austria. From the original four people company it has developed into a remarkable producer of bakery machines and has distribution partners world-wide. The product range of Back-Tech comprises complete bread roll production systems including dough dividers and moulders, forming stations, proofing equipment and accessories. Furthermore, the company manufactures croissant and donut machines and other production lines for small bakery products.
The equipment manufactured by Back-Tech is easy to use and requires little maintenance. The machines are available with different sizes and capacities, and the production lines can be tailored according to the customer´s special needs.
