MIWE Baking Ovens
MIWE, founded in 1919 by Michael Wenz in Franconian Arnstein, is known worldwide for its competence in the area of air-conditioning process baking and the efficient running. Many important innovations in the baking sector are associated with the name MIWE by specialist ranks, like for example the introduction of the rack oven in Central Europe, or the consistent development of „sight-and-smell-baking“, which lead to the triumphal procession of in-store baking. The fact that the company not only lays emphasis on technical perfection, but also always includes the attractive presentation of the baking process from the viewpoint of the customer is proven by prestigious design awards like the red dot award and the IF award for the baking stations. Now in third generation, Sabine Michaela Wenz has been managing the growing company since 2002. She has transformed the originally technically-oriented business into a modern, internationally successful company with more than 700 employees at three production locations in Germany. MIWE supports bakers all over the world in achieving continuously improved baking results, and therefore in being able to exist in the market, with a broad assortment range from baking ovens for production and stores, baking refrigeration systems, as well as loading and automation technology. Making life easier for bakers has been top priority for MIWE for more than 90 years.
